This notice explains what Oppie uses to show your WHOOP health dashboard and how you can remove that access.

After you approve access on WHOOP, Oppie requests read-only access to profile, body measurements, recovery, cycles, sleep and workouts. Oppie never receives your WHOOP password and cannot modify your WHOOP records.

The data is used to show recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, strain and recent activity, and to refresh the dashboard when WHOOP reports a change. We do not sell health data or use health content for advertising.

The pilot stores encrypted connection tokens and up to 30 days of dashboard data so the latest view survives a service restart. Records are workspace-scoped and removed when you disconnect. We will review the retention period before public availability.

You can disconnect from the WHOOP screen in Oppie. This removes the current pilot's token and WHOOP dashboard copy. You may also revoke Oppie from your WHOOP account. Your original WHOOP records are not deleted.

Oppie uses HTTPS, request rate limits, webhook signature verification and replay protection. No system can guarantee absolute security. Internal testing should use only owner-approved accounts and should not be opened to others.
